Completing an application is not difficult, but there are some data points that can be a bit awkward when first starting out. So that is why these instructions may be helpful.

NOTE: Although you will be working in multiple facilities, the application only allows you to enter ONE facility preference. The facility you choose will process your application, and then you can work in any facility.

Please use the facility listed because she has contacted the Volunteer Service Coordinator (VSC) for each facility to let them know to look for specific applications for pickleball.

After you complete your application, it can take a while for your application to be processed and approved by IDOC because they will run a background check on you.
